Well... I don't see a reason why you don't include Europe in your list. Just come on an exchange program in Spain and travel in Europe..full of Asians, especially in London. I talked today with a friend of mine and she told me she spent a week in London last December and what she says is that if you want to experience any culture in this world you can find it there. Or another thing you can do, up to me is to book a flight to Spain as a mid-airport spend a week let's say there and after that move to Asia? Booking a multiple flight is an option that most travel companies offer to their customers, like
http://www.startour.dk/ does, expedia, com does, etc. And you are wondering what to do 3 months in the summer? Seasonal work, darling. This option works everywhere, just check if you need any additional permissions to work in the countries you choose to go. I have one Australian friend who travels the world working here and there for a month or two and moves from town to town, from country to country.. usually works in hostels - a place where you can experience many different cultures. think deeper on your options and I am sure whatever you choose you will have an unforgettable experience!
South America would be a good choice if you are studying Spanish. Don't forget that it is very big and you will only be able to go to a few places.
I think South East Asia .It can be India.
Asia has definitely many thiongs to learn and many cultures to know about
here is a company for Asian countries you might be interested to visit
