Depends on another person's opinion. For example I'm from London but would choose New York because it's a bit similar to London because it's a fashion capital of America like London is a fashion capital and plus it's snow in the winter like it does in London (I love snow)
I'm from New York but would choose London simply because it seems interesting even though I've never been there. Plus, UK things interest me in general.
