I'm staying in holiday inn in cairns in aus, guess I should stop using it until I see the bill.. I believe I saw an initial fee of $15 but the women never even mentioned that and said its free... Any ideas if it's free or is that just aload of crap?
Call the desk and ask. I stay at the Hyatt in Sydney, and it's free there.
Yes it's FREE, Generally they provide Wi-Fi for checking email and using social media (Up to 512kbps download and 256kbps upload), while Enhanced Access is a great choice if you want more bandwidth and is available for £5 for 24 hours.
It may be that the policy has recently changed over from a pay service to a free service. I've been to some places where that was the case, but it was free as the front desk told me. If there is a fee for using the internet, you should have been told that on the page where you log in. However, it can't hurt to double check at the front desk preferably with a second person.
usually it is free
usually it is free, but for peace of mind just ask the lady whether its free or not.
Each Holiday Inn is individually owned. Complementary means they don't charge for it. They can give you free WiFi if they want to. It should be listed in the book in the room with details about the hotel. It usually is free.
