Before the spaniards "civilized" the indigenous, they were killing each other, and doing human sacrifices, what catholicism did, was abolish these practices that were considered barbaric to the spaniards, specially the ones where indigenous children were sacrified to the sun god.
A good example of people who admire Francisco Pizarro would be ex president Alan Garcia, who removed a painting of an indigenous leader from the Government Palace to replace it for the painting of Francisco Pizarro.
So to be accurate and fair, I'll come to the conclusion that without generalizing everybody, because I'm sure some educated indians who received a westernized education do not consider Francisco Pizarro a criminal murderer.
Peru is a country where people of many different ethnic groups live, the vast mayority of indians, not all probably hate on Francisco Pizarro, while the people of european descent, do not, unless they've received marxist, anti-european reformed education, that have been infesting many peruvian schools since the foundings of the criminal terrorist marxist groups in Peru.
In my case, when the subject of colonialism was discussed in school, the teachers were neutral, and were not one sided, nor where they trying to indoctrinate everybody into believing that Francisco Pizarro killed the innocent loving peaceful indians, all because of gold and greed, etc, etc.
So I'll just conclude that not all peruvians hate Francisco Pizarro, some well educated ones, who are not one sided, nor the ones who think that "Peru = Indigenous Inca" and are unable to see that there are many other ethnic groups living in Peru, do not hate Francisco Pizarro, and instead are grateful for the culture we inherit from the spaniards, but at the same time appreciating the native one aswell, and not putting other cultures down.
However the ones who hate Francisco Pizarro, and the western culture, hence, our laws, and stablished way of goverment, which is based on the western roman greek standards brought by the spaniards, are mostly racist indians who seek revenge and were indoctrinated by marxist terrorist groups, the marxists have been operating in the jungle and mountains of Peru, indoctrinating poor indigenous against the goverment, proposing anarchy in many villages while they take over the goverment through warfare, stablish a communist state, and rebellion, which has caused so many deads in the 80's, these terrorist organizations financed by international communist marxists from Europe and America, are not only anti-european and hate people of european descend, but also indoctrinate the indians to fight against the middle class, and take the wealth from the middle class to share it with the poor opressed indigenous indians, and all this based on the principles of colonialism, and the white man (Francisco Pizarro in the case of Peru and South America), being the bad guy of the movie.

For some 400 years he was taught at school as a hero. Evidently Schools were run by catholic priests most of which were Spanish born.
Within the last 70 years, with the pro indigenous cultural movement (INDIGENISM) the INCA-Quechua ethnic values have been boosted against the Spanish intention of systematically degrading it for centuries.
So Now we are more proud of what the Incas did than the Spanish.
