Yes, If the english channel counts! I have been to Cyprus, France 3 times (Paris, Brittany and st.malo) Switzerland, Spain twice (Marbella and Majorca) and I loved them all, especially Switzerland because I went with my friends! I was going to go to New York but it got cancelled :(

Easter Island - different but boring after the second day due to it being so small an island
Egypt - loved it
UAE - awesome place loved it
Malta - loved it
Kuwait - beautiful but gets boring fast
So far my favorite is Egypt. I am a history buff and Egypt never ceased my hunger in learning about the ancient world.
I don't consider Canada or Mexico overseas from my location lol

Many times. I even lived in northern Italy for the last 13 years and traveled overseas 4 or 5 times a year.For me the first place I'd like to go now would be any of the countries bordering Iguazu Falls in South America - maybe Argentina. Since I lived in Italy and have a home in Colorado in the US, I've already seen a lot of Europe, North America and the Caribbean, but have never been to South America although I've been close enough to see the coast of Venezuela.
