Id like to move to a relatively cheap and safe country where i can get by on only english.
Im planning on going to college for business i figured i should hopefully be able to find a job pretty much anywhere with the skills im getting.
Any suggestions?

Be aware that you cannot just pick up and move to another country. You're going to need to get a visa that allows you to live and work there. You can get requirements for each on the embassy/consulate websites of the countries. You also need to be aware that as a US expat, you will have to file tax returns in the US as well as in your host country.
Don't bet on being able to readily get a job anywhere with entry level business skills. You generally need to have specialized skills, education, experience that is not readily available in order to get a work visa and that often means an advanced degree.
This is a good goal and can be very rewarding, but don't expect it to be easy to achieve; you'll have a lot of work to do. I lived in Italy for many years. Although 'I already had a job in place via a transfer in a multinational company of the job I had already been doing for some years, it took 8 months to get the paperwork in place to get a visa.
Anywhere. If I can get by in Thailand, a person can get by anywhere due to language.
