Summer camps in Europe are run for mainly American kids as Europeans are not interested in these things. So do not expect to be mixing with local people. As Europeans do not use these camps, you cannot expect anyone here to know which is the best.
You say you have found some websites already, so why don't you just apply to the ones that interest you.
