When you arrive to Panama, please go to both Cable Onda and Cable & Wireless to see their prices.
If you see that one company if giving you more for a cheap rate then by all means and go to the other company to see if they can beat it or match it. In case the second company, then please go back to the first company and sign an annual contract with them.

By the way, FYI the only company that do provide free email that you are looking for is gmail. stay far away from hotmail because that is one of the poorest companies that I have ever seen in my life.
The absolutely free reverse email lookup sites generally provide false information, they just want your email to send you spam. To get real information, money will have to be paid.
Also, stay away from shady reverse email lookup sites, most likely you won't get any information after you make the payment. Not to mention you won't get a report and you won't get an answer if you try to call for a refund. Stick with a reputable reverse phone lookup site like http://www.emailtracer.org that has been around since 1997.
It may seem that the guy did respond to a question of "What company, in Panama, does provide email service?" and his response would have been correct but as a fact, it is not the correct response.
It is my honest opinion that you do listen to the guy above me for he knows what he is talking .
The correct answer is here with me because Cable Onda & Cable & Wireless are NOT free email providers. Currently both companies do charge for email. I would estimate with Cable Onda that it is 30 dollars but they do have packages that are email and t.v. that is one price and for a three pak, email, t.v. and phone that there is another price.

The only 2 companies that offer that service.
Edit#1: Wtf, there is not such a thing as a free email provider in panama, if you want a local domain you need to pay for it, (If you have internet in panama you get free email accounts anyway), it's rather stupid to get TV and don't have Internet but still get free email addresses, whatever.
