From the appearance you are leaving the United Kingdom.
You did not include enough information.
Even if you could get free accomodations and tours, if you had to pay you own transportation to say Thailand, and you could only stay 3 days, it would not be cheap, it would be fun, but it would be a very tiring trip.
However, if you were going for 2 weeks or more, it would be cheap (even if you had to pay for your accomodations), it would be fun and exciting and it would be less tiring.
There are a number of cheap places you can travel to from the United Kingdom. Cheap airlines mean that most of Europe is inexpensive and if you're looking for fun and excitement then Spain and Croatia are both good choices. However, Sharm el Sheikh is only slightly further afield and it served by low-cost airlines with many places offering cheap accommodation near the beach. There's plenty of places for diving, glass bottomed boat tours and you can even take an excursion to see the pyramids.
