my best answer would be to go to vistaprint. they give 250 free cards but idk what it would be for 5,000 cards. I know shipping was cheap (like $5) and the package arrived quickly (if i remember right like 4 days regular shipping)
There are plenty of online-mail order printing services that may be cheaper, I'm not familiar with what there is in the UK, for reference you might convert the prices offer by this California company: overnightprints.com

You can get 5000 at www.printingpeach.com for I think like $80 and they are good quality, not crap like vista. Free shipping in the U.S. helps too.
