stop breaking their TOS and they won't flag your ads.
Many who market on craigslist have that problem. The only thing I suggest is to take time to reword everything. You'll have to keep doing it often though. Maybe explain less in the ad then explain more when those who are interested contact you. I also use backpage as well. Just like craigslist but cheaper. Heres a link.

I post 60 - 100 posts a day nation wide, using one IP that never changes.
Post a max of 2 ads (in different sections) every 3 days. They also have to be unique (reworded everytime). Your IP/account is probably already blacklisted.
If you want to post more than that you have to get PVAs and different IPs or really good proxies. All this can get expensive though.
