You report your raises. You will have to leave after the lease runs out as you no longer qualify. If lease says you can get a 30 day notice, you can expect one.

To not report the new income is benefits fraud, you can go to jail.

well the whole facility, the two buildings, are all low income apartments. they dont have normal ones.

You lose the subsidy until your lease expires, so you'll have to pay the full rent. You have to leave when the lease expires.

They may decide to keep you their but make you pay unsubsidized full rent. It all depends on how many low income apartments they have rented out.

Okay I live in an apartment in Idaho that is a low income housing facility. In my lease I can't make over $30,000 per year between me and my girlfriend. If we both got raises and now we make over that 30k per year, is the management required to terminate our lease now? In the lease it says that we may be served with a 30 day notice, however by law they can't keep us here if we make over the income limit, right?
