Where do you advertise the blog? Nobody will just find it by accident. You have to get the address out there. Go to similar blogs (google for fashion blogs, beauty blogs etc) and comment on their blog often you will be able to mention your site and pick up some visitors that way. Find beauty and fashion forums and post there. Anything you can think of where you can give yourself a mention.
The blog itself needs to be different from all the rest out there so be a bit controversial. Maybe about an outfit worn by some so called celebrity where instead of gushing about how great blahblah rip it apart. Same with hairstyles and make up etc. Alternatively if some magazine has trashed someone you do the opposite, you don't have to agree with yourself just dont go with the flow and be seen as one of the many, You Need Originality!!!
Controversy always gets attention.Also you should try twitter using your blog name. Twitter is a fast way to get a message across.

You may want to try creating a pinterest account by the same name as your blog. You can 'pin' your pictures from your blog onto your pinterest board along with your blog URL. Since so many people on pinterest are interested in your blog topic you should be able to get both pinterest and blog followers pretty quickly.

I have a fashion, beauty and life blog but it is failing i've had it for about 5 months and i haven't gained 1 follower yet and i post quite good quality pictures and reviews I researched how to get my blog more popular and I did everything it said and it still didn't work and I'm not doing it too earn any money and I know it takes time but its just sad and I really enjoy doing it ;) so what should I do ???
