Is ACN a scam? It seems like a legitimate company.?

The funny thing is that most of the people that gives you advices hasn't the slightest idea of what are they talking about. I cannot give you a direct advice because I work in the company and so I can be considered a suspect. Nevertheless, I give you this tip: try to get informed through internet and credible multilevel marketing publications and please don't ask for advice to those who are not in the direct selling business. It is like to ask for a medical opinion to a mason or a fisherman.Go to the sources and do not ear gossip.

Never heard of that company so can't comment on them directly. Do not go through with anything. Your friend is probably making money if you sign up - he's contacting everyone from his past as the only way to make money is to bother everyone in your life and try to get them to pay to join then you get a commission

Tell your friend that you'll see him in a year and if he can show you actual proof of how much money he's made vs how much he has spent, then you will consider joining. Say that you will put a date in the calendar for a year from now and see how things are going. I'm willing to bet you right now that he won't be there in a year

This is just another version of pyramid selling.

Run away from it. If you could make moneywith them they wouldn't need to "recruit" people with meetings. They would have queues down the street wanting to join.

You aren't over thinking. Stay away.

How does it work? Eventually they'll get around to telling you about the fee you pay to join.

My friend from high school, whom I haven't talked to in a while messaged me on Facebook asking me to attend a "bushiness meeting." I asked what it was for and he only said " Its for this program I'm in, you'll like it trust me." I had a feeling it was going to be a meeting where they would try to sell me stuff so I jokingly told him " You're not going to sell me anything right?" So at the meeting there were supposedly "multi multi multi millionaires." (which they made sure to emphasize) They talked about how they became rich with out doing a darn thing. Also how easy it was and it would be stupid to turn this opportunity down. The whole meeting was extremely uncomfortable, like I was being converted into some cult. They made a few good points but overall I knew nothing about the company other than it was supported by Trump. I knew nothing on how I would start making a profit other than to recruit family and friends. Which is out of the question. I don't want to put them through this and risk loosing them. I just want to know if I'm over thinking. If it's not a scam how does it really work?
