If I go to college for 8 years how can I handle marriage, an apartment, and keep a job to pay all that?

No part time job is ever going to handle that. You are just kidding yourself to try. Student loans are the only way unless ther wife is willing to support you while you work & go to school at the same time. Even then, that leave you with little time to have a family life.

My advice: No marriage until after you get at least 2-3 years of college behind you. Show you have the grades and ability to handle all this before you make her commit to this idea. Your plan requires her to accept all this, that is unfair of you at this point in time. Be sure she knws all this before you make any long term plans. She may have her own plans & it may conflict with your plan. Concentrate on the short term. Don't pressure yourself by thinking so far out. All it will do is stress you. Take this one step at a time.

P.S. Have you though about joining the military? The may be able to help.

I plan on going to college to become a psychologist. I want to get my Phd, I do plan on marrying out of highschool. and I plan on us both living in an apartment... but how do I pay all this? how do I live? I don't think a partime job can afford two people going to college and living in an apartment. does anyone know how this works? I am still quite a bit lost, on all this.

You can't unless your spouse can support you.

Initiative, and focus.
