Your only remaining options are to move or keep calling the police. You might be able to legally break your lease with such well documented noise complaints.
The police, not your landlord, deal with noise issues. You are complaining to the wrong person.

Why don't you go apologize for your original snotty attitude and ask them if you can compromise on the music.
My neighbors always playing their music so loud I can hear the lyrics in my KITCHEN and banging so hard on the walls ( like wrestling) to the point my pictures fall off my wall. I have notified my land lord and she has told me there is nothing she can do besides ask them nicely and hope they stop. Before I told my landlord I went over there nicely and told them "hey can you please keep it down, and stop banging all my paintings are coming off" and she tried to fight me. I have now filled 5 noise complaint with the local police department. In my lease we signed to remain quiet and respectful to everyone in building. What else can I do? I am beyond fed up.
