I was ripped off by one of your ads?

Dr. Oz says he never is connected with products like that nor does he want his image to connect to them. Read the information on the back of the bottle and call the number and tell them your problem. Ask how to get your money back that you're dissatisfied with the product, plus their ad duped you. They should reverse the charge. They may or may not want the product back, probably won't, but offer to send it back anyway. When you talk with them on the phone only talk with a MANAGER and say you want some action, you're dissatisfied, and that you want your money back. They should comply.

It's not that big of a problem, just call them. And if you don't get action (which you should) then write to their President at the address shown on the label and complain, and to that by certified mail return receipt requested telling them the customer number, the number of the account that got charged, your name, address, phone and the name of the product. Yahoo is not responsible for the ads the place. Only the manufacturer is responsible.

I like your answer, with my recent vision impairment,I really just don't want anyone else who saw the link to not be taken. to tell you the truth,I didn't want to put it out there to dicriminate against yahoo, but since I can.t get a personal email, your answer for the disabled is right,! You reminded me that a smart answer with some compassion is the way for me to go,I apologize I couldn't get ahold of the link dr.oz put up that I went on and I will not go to those in the future. Your intelligent,The internet is not always for those who have had mini or reg strokes,a lot of disabilities. Its just I cant get a phone number that doesn't cost $ and their usually wrong, lol. thank you,god bless

Sorry for your loss. You should seriously reconsider whether or not using the Internet is a good thing in your life. A basic rule of thumb is that every website is trying to steal your money. You have to learn how to tell the good guys from the bad guys.

Yahoo has over one billion users and cannot possibly protect each from scammers and crooks.

Here's a good place to educate yourself:

"I didn't read the fine print." That was your mistake. Don't blame Yahoo.

There is no free trial in the world that allows you to keep products. Every single trial requires you to cancel and return the products within 7-14 days or you will be charged. It's not a scam if you failed to read the fine print

free trial, linked by dr.oz. for eye serum and face serum. Because I'm disabled I dint read the fine print,I couldn't,But I TRUSTED YOU, MY YAHOO. I didnt relize until they my grocery money for two weeks, totaling approx $200. Just for free trial, I didnt even have it a month or even 2 weeks before they charged my bank account. that Lummera and la derminque and you have cost me. Why would you allow such a scam, I couldnt return it after having it a week and a half, mind you it sucks ,even if had worked,I still couldn't afford that. I'm so dissapointed in you. I'm going to tell everyone at my church, neighbors,my daughter is going to also warn everyone she knows as are my friends NOT TO TRUST ANYTHING YAHOO PUTS ON THEIR PAGES. AND doc. oz,unless I get a good enough reason not to.
