Only deal face to face and only deal in CASH on Craigslist. It's too easy for the person buying online to send you money by Paypal and then have the charge reversed after you ship the item. You'll be out the item PLUS the Paypal charge-back. There are a bunch of other scams that people in 3rd world countries will try and pull when they see an item on there usually involving a third person who is supposedly a "shipping agent" or "financial manager". If anyone offers more money than you post an item for sale for- forget it, it's some sort of scam.

As long as the buyer paid for the item safely thru Paypal or that your guaranteed payment for that product you are shipping to them, and any hazardous materials such as John has mentioned should be packaged properly.
