If you're overweight, then so am I and my doctor says I am absolutely fine for my height. You will find many people your height in Europe who are your weight and more. And that is a very odd thing to be concerned about when travelling. It would be the last thing on my mind unless I was so heavy that I couldn't fit into an airplane seat or climb onto a bus.
These days the average European women is not as thin as they used to be.
I am an American living in eastern Europe. I am odd even for over here, 5'9" tall and 127 lbs.
I see some younger women here in Hungary that are very slim and have long legs but in general, everyone is heavier then they were 30 years back over here. Junk food, not walking as much as in the past and watching endless hours of tv.
No.
In meter you are 1,65.
And in Kilogram you are 64.
And in Germany we say: you have a normal average weight if your weigt is near by the
meter Number after 1, so you are really normal weighted.
This only works for people between 1,29 and 1,99 meter
Standarts differs from healthy standarts. Does it make difference? Most important thing is to feel great. Do you have any reason not to? Cant find it either!
Cheers!
No, you'll be fine. Don't worry about it.
You sound normal or average weight, not overweight
