I am doing a report for my course work , compairing it to the the rebrand areas like stratford . I need to know what the house quality is like and uninpulments plse

It's not the nicest area but there have been attempts to redevelop it, a lot of old factories and warehouses there are now used as office space and artist's studios. If memory serves most of the houses there are just regular terraced houses. Not sure what 'unimpluments' is meant to mean, unemployment possibly?

How can you do a report without visiting the area

Go and see for yourself. That is the point of the assignment.
