it's out of curiosity. usual happen to other tourists too, particular in rural areas. it's to no offence. just seeing a black person may seem really cool to some turkish people, so a photo is taken, and posted on facebook =D
There aren't many black people around. People may have wondered and wanted to take pictures together. Other than that I haven't heard anything like that.
Turkey is a Turkic country not African. So that's why Turks really don't see blacks alot.
never seen that before but probably they are exited to see a black person since there are not much around. except istanbul but its not offensive you know..
