According to my Barrister friend, you can actually use any drug in your own home here in Spain. You can grow up to 2 plants per person, but you are not allowed to annoy the neighbours by smoking it outside.. We have many shop selling the seeds and paraphernalia.
However it is not legal to buy it, but the police do turn a blind eye to small uses.
