The names should be simple translations. Or you point. The packaging is the same, for American brands...or close enough that you'll recognize them. IF THEY ARE AVAILABLE, THERE! Cigarettes come usually in packs of 20, so just say ?Un Marlboro Gold, por favor?.
Try online. I usually buy from http://www.cigs4us.biz/ , its European. They ship cigarettes all over the world and have good price offers for cigarettes on internet.
Go to the duty free shop and buy them in packs of 200 for around £34 but if you want a 20 deck just ask for them as they do speak good english
Tabacs shop. Look for the sign above the shop.
Kiosk, liqueur store, tabac shop and machines in bars
You buy them at a tabocco shop usually, "Tabacalera".
