What do you guys think? Suggestions??? It is my first time to Europe. I'm in my early 30s, what cities would I enjoy more?
Your itinerary is do-able, if a grind. You also actually have less time in every city because travel from place to place will take a full day each time you change locations. It's still a grind, and all you have time for is visiting the best-known highlights.
Don't assume it will be the only trip you will take to Europe.
Unless you have very specific reasons for visiting all of the cities you list then I strongly recommend going to not more than three cities and two would be better. Realize spending your whole trip in just one of the cities you list would only allow you to begin to get to know it.
(I like Amsterdam, Paris, and Rome. I have been to Spain many times but not to Barcelona, so don't have an opinion about that city)
My usual recommendation for an American visiting Europe for the first time on a two-week trip is to fly to Ireland (specifically Dublin). Stay a week so you get over the jet-lag in a place where people speak English (sort-of) and then take a one-way flight to the other city you want to visit. Fly home from there. Dublin is also a VERY interesting and nice city to visit as a tourist.
If that does not work for you then choose one city to fly TO (ex. Paris) and fly home FROM another (ex. Rome).
Check with your health insurance to find out if it covers you outside the USA and pays for medical evacuation to home (should that be necessary). If yes then take proof of coverage with you. If no or not sure then get trip medical insurance, which is cheap and sold by airlines & travel agents. Having travel medical insurance is a requirement to enter some countries (ex. Lithuania & Slovakia). Even if it's not, PLEASE do not skimp on this as an otherwise-silly accident could turn into a crisis if you don't have medical insurance.

I think, seeing the relative sizes of the cities, your stay in Paris should be longer than the one in Amsterdam, unless you plan to go out into the Dutch countryside at least two of your days in Amsterdam.
For the rest, it is doable and if it is the trip you want to do, do it.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You have two weeks only, and anything less than a week in Paris is, quite frankly, a WASTE OF TIME.
Pick TWO of those cities only. Just two.
Why only cities??
Redo the plan putting in the travel days (yes, full days, at least three).
