You will need a lot of money to survive in London, just to rent a 1 bedroom basic apartment you can pay up to $3000 before you have to pay council tax and gas and electric and food each month, to buy a 1 bedroom apartment you are talking over $385,000 so you would need a very high paying job which you will need a university degree just to get the basic job, Good Luck
If you have lot of money then you have a luxury life in London
Every thing depend on the money in this world if we have don't money we can't do anything
Expensive buying a house here in London
Good luck
"when I move to London" more like if .....so what visa do you hold, where are you 'working' and so you will already know the area you plan to live...so don't be shy let us know so those that know London can answer........ this is not the first time you have asked this question so read all the answers to your other question, I see you have changed this one as you were pulled up in the last one on all your lets pretend inaccuracies.
You'd need to be bringing several times that to buy a 'cheap' London flat (no property is cheap in London)
Money won't buy you a visa.
What is the state of your finances? What income do you have? How long do you want your stay to last? What sort of accommodation are you seeking? (property prices in London are astronomical, you would not be able to buy property with that sum).
Everything is much cheaper outside London.
That money would maybe buy a ONE room place, in a not so good area, a fair way out from the very centre....Your DOLLAR is worth what the EXCHANGE rate offers..BETTER now than what was....What is it with some Americans on here who think can just come & settle??? Can WE IN THE US?? No because of IMMIGRATION.....Google Greater London property prices and brace yourself, whilst smelling the proverbial COFFEE????
In what context? Your bringing £181 thousand over for a two week holiday or you're intending to live here or what? What does "if they are super experience?" mean?
depends how long you plan on staying seeing as a decent flat is over a £1000 per
month ?
If that is per year then yes you can live very well.
If that is a lump sum then no.
