I really hate the motorway but need to use them as ive just met a new guy that lives near Manchester. the journey is about an hour. Is there a quiet time to travel from Blackpool..so i dont have to endure nerves?

I'd go for 3am to 4am as being the absolute low point for motorway traffic.

The same as on every other road on the planet - during the early hours of the morning.

0130-0430 on a Monday or Tuesday.

the best time would be 1.23 in the morning.
