Ecuador is the best choice. I lived there for 2 years and loved it all. Of course it is a third world country but you still have access to most amenities. The people are amazing and traveling around to see the amazing parts of the country is incredible. Cost of living is also much much lower than America. If you get a job teaching English you can live a very very comfortable life
Colombia.
It is one of the happiest countries in the world, it Is modern, has SUPER friendly people, and the geography and landscapes are stunning.
Colombia's economy was also the fastest growing economy in South America last year
Columbia. Why not America though? I see you can speak English.
