Definitely the Czech Republic. It is in central Europe and is extremely lovely. The capital city is historically preserved and has been around for a little less that 800 years. The food is delicious and there are many natural reservations in the mountains on the borders. The spas with healing waters are beautiful as well along with the many castles and cathedrals.
Hong Kong. The entire place is wonderful. I was really young when we stopped going, so I don't remember much about it. But I do remember how much I loved it. There was this park with a huge aviary in it. I think it was called Hong Kong Park.
Chaing Mai, Thailand. We stayed at this bungalow on the beach once. There was a restaurant up the road that was little more than a shack, but the food was amazing.

I always loved Perdido Key Florida. Its really lovely and not allot of people go because its not in the gulf (though there were allot more people than usual this year).
