It's between Chicago and Moscow. I have friends in both places, (I'm in the UK).
Points for Chicago - looks beautiful, and they speak English.
Points for Moscow - again looks beautiful and I've been learning Russian for three years, so I'd kinda like to put it into practice.
But I am so indecisive!! Help!

Russia is country to visit! However, I would suggest you to go to St-Petersbourg instead of Moscow. It's much more beautiful and soulful city then the capital. Once, you've been there, you just cannot forget it! Hope you will get an amazing trip!
Chicago plus on your way you get to see other american cities as there is only one popular city in russia which is moscow.
I'd go to Moscow because the flight is much shorter. And if you have friends in both places anyway, one city is as good as the other - they are both interesting places to visit.
