Think about it, your mom lost your dad, and now she is going to lose you too.. don't you think that will devastate her so much? Use the money to live in luxury and treat your mother great, you can buy a lovely house anywhere in the world! Maybe you don't like your life in the place you're in but it can get better. Maybe even use the money to better yourself so you feel more comfortable in your own skin. It's your life though. What i'm saying probably doesn't matter to you but if you ever need to talk just message me!
A million dollars is easily spent if you act like an idiot. It will last a lot longer if you are wise about it, even when going around the world and staying in 5 star hotels. Be careful, have fun.

Your life will get better! Buy a house, get a job, and use the money to pay for bills, food, etc. Then you will have the money from your job to pay for whatever fun things you'd like.
Split it into five.
One is for you, for now, to spend any way you want.
One is put into the bank, for later years, when, you may be surprised, you will find it useful.
One is a donation for a charity for children.
One is a donation for a charity for animals.
One is a donation for a charity that restores people's eyesight.
Few people may remember you when you are gone, so do some good while you are here, both for yourself, and for others.
