The pink sand beaches of Bermuda are incredible , take a cruise from the East Coast of the USA. You can cruise out of NYC, spending a few days in the Big Aplle first.
Beautiful and safe for tourists (unless they do something foolish), however not that cheap: North Korea. Someone will watch over you at all times, which means that you won't have any freedom as you know it, but it also means that nothing can happen to you.

Can Cun is great, you should talk to a travel agent to make sure you make the most of it cause there are so many beautiful places to visit, also research for Ixtapa, Zihuatanejo and Los Cabos.
Hawaii! the beaches, shopping, and weather is amazing there. I've been there myself and really need to take another trip there again soon.
