How can I incorporate all of these things into something I can do after high school? I've thought about being an Au Pair, or going with a traveling dance company.

That cruise ship idea isn't actually half bad. But to be honest there are not many opportunities for you to combine all of those. The only thing I can think off is volunteering in Africa. But the key word being volunteering. What I would do is get a job at home, save maybe 10 000$ and then travel for 6 months. Backpacker style. Then you don't have to worry about getting a low paying job.
Since you like to travel, have you thought about trying for a job on a cruise ship? You could travel all over and get paid for it. You could potentially perform in their shows, or you could potentially run some of the children's activities... There are hundreds of positions on a cruise ship. Plus you get free room and board.
BTW... Don't go to uni until YOU really want it. If you rush and go too soon without being 100% committed you'll regret it later.
