Generally, people from countries like Argentina and Brazil ridicule the idea of considering Canada as part of Latin America. Then you have the questions of countries like Belize, Surinam and Guyana (not Guyane) and what about Curacao and Aruba? There is no easy answer. However it is thought provoking.
What if USA was a part of Latin America? Many people there speak Spanish.
Countries like Belize, Guina, Suriname, Jamaica and outhers don't speak Latin languages, they speak English and Dutch and nevertheless they are considered Latin American countries
I guess you could technically consider Canada part of Latin America because it is partly French-speaking. But it is a stretch.
Quebec and French-Canadians are Latin Americans. It's just they are isolated from us, for being inside of Canada, but if Haitians are Latin Americans, French-Canadians have more reasons than them to be Latin America.
Caliban: At least there are not crazy people shooting at each other in here every month. (Connecticut, James, Holmes, Columbia, etc. )
quebec is part of canada and latin america.
Hi there,
what kinda answer do you expect? Strange question.
That would be sad. Canada would be another
drug cartel battleground.
