i want to go do a clinical placement in radiography next year for a few weeks in either one of these places mentioned above and then travel around asia for pleasure for about a month. i am from india originally but have lived in australia since i was a kid . i have never been to either of these places, specifically Kandi in Sri Lanka and Pokhara in Nepal for the placement. which of these two would be a better place to see culturally, travel around a bit and relax even tough i am going for work. ???

Its better if you come to Nepal. Since you had already known about how Nepal looks like. In addition Pokhara's natural beauty with Lakes side, mountain range and with different culture. And radiographer are also lacking behind,if you visit Nepal-Pokhara you will have better opportunities to provide your service where it is lacking too.

being from pokhara Nepal i will recommend you to visit pokhara......it's a nice and beautiful place in Nepal....you can see many more beautiful scenery and yes my pokhar is rich in culture ...all the people here are friendly ..and will be easy for you to communicate cause we all know Hindi language very well...pokhara itself is a beauty...and yes you can relax going different beautiful place....
