Bermuda and the Azores might are not quite as warm as Hawaii or Costa Rica. They don't have volcanoes either and are pretty much not vulnerable to hurricanes, don't have landslides and less mosquitoes present than usual in the tropics. Or you can try Hawaii which is bigger and rarely gets a hurricane. Or, New zealand which has a generally rainy climate. It does get snow believe it or not. Bermuda doesn't have snow, neither do the islands east of Australia. If not an island you can live in South America.
Some parts of Costa Rica. Some part of Brasil (near the ocean) too many to mention. you have to travel there and see for yourself. How about Canary Island?. Some Islands in the Philippines.
Malaysia perhaps.
Costa Rica is absolutely beautiful and peaceful.
India.
New Zealand or New Guinea.
