2) The Educational System is pretty good. Primary School and High School are compulsory. There also are free National Universities which are considered as ones of the best in Latinamerica.
3) Like any other country in the world, it depends on what you want to do for a living.
4) There are many stereotypes about Argentinians. As an Argentinian I could say that it depends on the person, but commonly people in Argentina are kind and friendly. If you go to Buenos Aires City, it might be harder to find kind and friendly people because -as in all big cities, like New York, London, Berlin- everybody is minding their own business and does not care about what happens to others. If you go to other cities like Mar del Plata, Rosario, Córdoba, you will find nice people more likely than in Buenos Aires. And also, if you go to the North or to the South, people change a lot. There's not a certain way to describe all Argentines.
5) The weather depends on where in Argentina are you living. As it is a large country, there could be snowing in Ushuaia at the same time as it's 20oC in Posadas.
6) Buenos Aires has always been said to be South America's Paris, so you can figure it out. As regards other cities, streets are always drawing parallel lines that get intersected, because they were built as the Spanish Colonial Law demanded. You can find anything you want in cities, shopping centres, cinemas, theatres, museums, restaurants, hotels, hostels, you name it.
7) I would give it an 8.
Oh, and by the way, if you are American or European, people may tend to treat you better than if you are from other places...
1.- Yes, it's very good and also for free, as in Europe.
2.- Yes, the educational sistem is one of the best in the Americas, also Univerisites are for free.
3.- Yes, there are job opportunities if you have a degree in something you can validate that, English teachers are always required.
4.- They're like Italians, good people but a bit arrogants, but they're really cool.
5.- That depends on the region.
6.- Buenos Aires is a BIG city, such as Los Angeles, Madrid or London, the other cities are like little villages.
7.- 9 for me.
Obs: Buying or holding international currencies is not illegal, yes Cristina Kirchner is kinda stupid, I don't like her, but Argentina is in South America, to be honest Chile, Argentina and Uruguay are like OASIS in the middle of nowhere, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia are very poor countries and those countries I said, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay could be European countries.
Argentina is always in an economic crisis because of stupid government policies. The current administration just made it illegal to hold currencies other than the worthless peso. If you take any money down it will lose it's value when it is converted to the peso. The government is inept, and inefficient. If you stay away from Buenos Aires it can be very pleasant. Over around Mendoza life can be pretty sweet.
