I'm fifteen and I want to move to Kauai, Hawaii. My parents want to move there too, but they also want to live where we are now. They want to move there but they don't want to lose this house too. My whole family wants to move there, me especially. What kind of jobs are there in Hawaii for a fifteen year old girl so I can help pay if we do decide to move? Thanks!

Most jobs a fifteen year old can get are low paying food service and retail jobs. Most hotels are 18 and over to be employed there. Great place to sell things to tourists, I had a friend who made money doing that, but hawaiian residents typically find it annoying when mainlanders move here to do things like that. But you're only 15 I'm sure it would be a good way to make some extra cash.

Don't do it. You won't get an education on Kauai. It will be very difficult finding a "good" job. The cost of living is outrageous. Electricity is the most expensive in the U.S. The Locals don't want outsiders there. I could go on and on . . . and yes I have lived it first hand.

Jobs in Hawaii are hard to come by. You have the typical fast food, grocery store, maid service kinds of jobs.

And Hawaii is EXPENSIVE.

Life Guard of course! It is the perfect job with a good pay. Also fun!
