We're going to be going to Disney soon. Last time we went my dad got upset because I wanted to do something he didn't. He said he wished I didn't come. Now im considering not going. I don't want to regret it but I can't deal with him complaining and just insulting me. My mom said we take turns he picks a ride then me and so on. Well he didn't want to. And I did everything he wanted but he didn't do one thing I liked. My mom wants to spend a day shopping and at the beach well he got mad because we wanted to do that. I don't know what to do. Help?

the same thing happened to me (but not at Disney) you see what i did was i sat down with my dad and we had a chat about it he was okay for a bit then he got moody again so then i just told him that it not fair that he chooses everything we have to do then we was okay for the rest of the day hope this helps

Go. However, if you disagree with something your father says or does, don't scream and cry about it, calmly ask again, or talk to your mother. Explain to them that Disney is a family place and that you'd like to do things together as a family without arguing. Everyone should be able to enjoy their time. You could even recommend splitting up into two groups and meeting back up after a few hours. Take advantage of a free vacation! lol Remember though, your dad will just get more pissed if you argue with him. If you do decide to stay home, you could always just get drunk and throw a party in spite of them. I'd go with the first option though...
