You should try going in Bali Island. You can go surfing, scuba diving and some wind surfing if you like such adventures. Or just relax in one of it's famous luxury villas.
You might look into India--obviously there is a tremendous amount of history and culture there, and apparently the rupee is at a historic low vs the dollar, so your money will go a long way there. I'm also a big fan of Italy (Naples, Rome, Florence and Venice are must sees). Because of the financial turmoil the Euro is also cheap so it may be a good time to go.
New Zealand and Australia are also both great destinations, though unlike the suggestions above their currencies are expensive now, so they may be relatively costly places to visit.
India Sri Lanka Maldives
I go for Sri Lanka. New emerging holiday destination with one of the oldest cultures in the world. They are extremely guest friendly. the country is very rich in natural resources such as rain fores, fascination wild life, mountains, escapement etc..Sri Lanka attracts large number of adventure holiday makers to the country every year.
I would say Angkor Wat in Cambodia, it must be wonderful. I would like to see the Prince Edward island, East to Canada. The favorite series of my childhood 'Road to Avonlea' was shot there; I wanted to see it since I was a kid. But there are lots of other places. Angkor Wat in Cambodia must also be wonderful.
