I am so jealous man, i love that country, there is a lot things you can see there. First amazing amazon forest, ancient city of Inca, first conquistador places. There is a lot historical monuments. Great night life and very hot girls. Almost everything you need can find there. I was talking about historical and come on 21 century, if you are computer fan i recommend Sales Force as one of the leaders in that part of America. Any way you will not forget your trip. One of most interesting countries for visit in globe.
You can take a bus up into the hills to see an Inca spa and then walk back into town, seeing other Inca sites along the way.
The central market is interesting and has many strange fruits.
Ollantaytambo(sp.) is a town with an Inca temple-turned fortress where the Inca actually won a battle; it's on the way to Macchu Piccu.
You can book a whitewater rafting trip from any of the competing travel agencies.
Be sure to see the royal palace/museum.
Go to machu pichu first it is beutiful one of the wonders of the world then maybe the nazca lines is an awesome place to go take a boat over there then they have the cusco desert which I havenet been there but looks nices have fun good luck.

Everything depends upon what you are like and what you like to do! I assume you have a guidebook? That will give you lots of information about what there is to do, how to get transportation, accommodation, food, etc.
Lonely Planet is my favorite guidebook, but there are many. You can also go to the Lonely Planet Thorn Tree forum website and read about Cusco. It's quite an interesting and magical city.
