I haven't been everywhere but I've been all over this beautiful state and after a hike or bike ride this is the icing on the cake.
Best vegetarian-friendly fast-casual in the region if not the state. They also make subs for my meat eating friends and hungry college kids that are half-baked, that's boulder.
