adult only hotel basically hotel that is without children and those who need sometime in a relaxing mood without any noise made by kids and stress free for couples?

Yes, very much so and I'll admit to using them myself around 4 or 5 times a year, when we enjoy Fri-Mon weekends in the company of adults. The entertainment is varied and selected especially for an adult audience and the hotels are always full, which tells you that there is a demand for such places.
There are a large number of resort hotels catering for families with children, so why not have a smaller number for those that prefer to holiday in adult company?
Yes I do agree, there are also vacation plans without children.
Sometimes adults need some quiet and no children around.Besides some couples without children do not want to hear others children.

Yes. I don't think that all hotels should be adult only, but there is a market for hotels that cater to people who don't care to be around children.
