Not really. Some people may live there on research stations for some of the year, and I think some whalers used to have bases there years ago, but it isn't an inhabited place like other places in the world are. No peoples are native to Antarctica to my knowledge, and nobody has settled there.

There is a very tiny town there that only international researchers and scientists live at. I'm not sure if they even live there year round. It is not a climate that is habitable to humans.
