Look up some pictures of the beaches, the nature, and of colonial cities like Cartagena! It's a country not to be missed!
For me, Chile. When they can, a great many vote a lot and protest a lot. Education is enormously important for a very high percentage of people and they want it to be free--or at least priced very reasonably..
