Take my advice and do not go to any Muslim country - unless Turkey which is okay but wear proper clothes when asked to do so. The resorts are European but major cities not so much and as for rural Turkey may as well be stepping into the middle of the 19thC in some places.
Islam is a male dominated religion and women in Islamic countries take second or even third place behind the men and boys.
It's not safe. If you still want to go, you MUST cover your arms, legs, and hair. Don't even thing about disobeying their laws! ... I've heard that there's a religious police in Saudi Arabia and they beat you with sticks if you don't cover up. I don't know about Afghanistan but would expect something similar.
Don't wear nail polish. I've heard of girls who had their fingers chopped off for wearing nail polish. I think this as in Afghanistan. Of course it is not common - but still, just don't.
And read the blogs of women who have been in Afghanistan before you go there yourself. Only go with a guided tour, because it is not safe.
Why the hell would you go to afghanistan? there are reports of tourists being kidnapped,for women its rape and then murder, nice end to a holiday! and you will have a lot of abuse unless you cover yourself up from head to toe,including your hair and don't wear make up, find somewhere else to go, its a big wide world and there are far nicer and safer places, there is no tourist help out there! its a war zone still.( there is hardly any infastructure, no electricity for part of the day, no safe food or water)

a better alternative is pakistan, i live in karachi, Pakistan. or you can visit northern places in pakistan they are BEAUTIFUL<3 search it on google, it will change your mind definitely. plus, there are no reistrictions on covering yourself, it is okay as long as you wear moderate clothes.plus, the conditions of the city are alright there. no danger :)
Are you CRAZY? No one should go to afghan unless they have a rape or suicide wish. The middle east is not for normal people.
