I would suggest Generation Z. They're a forum based on the 90's, but have sections for just about everything and you don't have to be a child of the 90's to join - everyone is welcome! I have been there for about two years and it's a very fun community to be a part of. I haven't had any problems and everyone (even the staff) treat you like a human being. That's something I can't say for most forums. You should check them out, I think you would like them.
