You can buy a BRAND NEW iPad 2 16GB for $400, so I would recommend selling it for $300. Look around on the sites to make sure, but that's how much I sold mine for. I now have an ipad 4, which is great. There is a big upgrade in screen quality with the retina display, but if you've bought any accessories that plug into the bottom charging part of your ipad, they'll be useless. The iPads upgraded to a lightning charger (not quite sure what that means, but it doesn't fit the other accessories) if you have a dock, the camera connector, a plug in keyboard, a controller, etc. it will not work. I think that's my biggest complaint.
Do not take it to GameStop under any conditions. They will give you $100 for it. That's what they offered to me for my iPad 2 64GB and it was also fairly new. I decided to go with Craigslist and got $350 out of it, but that was when the iPad 3 had just came out. The iPad 2 is now 2 generations behind, so shoot for the $250 - $300 range.
