Chinese doesn't automatically mean a scam, Chinese doesn't automatically mean they are selling counterfeits neither, and a new website doesn't always mean it's a scam.

However, if you are not happy with the product then it would mean shipping it back to China, lots of waiting, and customs might snatch the parcel, they do this often for some unknown reason.

There are no scam hallmarks on the site, such as accepting anonymous payments or anything, but I just wouldn't deal with China anyway, mainly because it's too far away.

The website is only about 6 weeks old and it is registered out of China.

As such, they only sell cheap counterfeits.

So, if that is what you mean by scam, then yes, they are.
