Skip it for now. The site opened in 2012. It hides its ownership and location on the registration page. That is never a good sign. It is possibly located in Australia.
The link you provided pays out a referral fee for everyone who clicks on it. That person is getting "rewarded" for every click. Not trust-inspiring.
