Why not generate it on your own, google webmaster tools can give you enough data about your website and best of all it's Free! though you can always find a paid tools to do that for you,sad to say I don't know any free tools available that offers you accurate and a precise SEO report rather than the paid ones.

i would suggest you to not go for anything which provides you with free services because they will not analyse your website properly as the paid seo providers will and hence there is no use for it.
if you want qualtiy seo to be done you can visit here they do everything manually and are the best in thier fields.you can contact them once if you want.

Well, you should go for Google analytics and Google webmaster tools. With Google Analytics you will know the statistics for website visitors and with Google Webmaster tools you will know about the backlinks your website got. Also you will know about if there are any dead links present in the website. Hope that helps!
